Reached out to a number of local firms to have someone review my elderly parents' wills/estates/directives. Many firms did not respond or had no time for us. Opelon got back to us, was friendly and did not want to charge us an exorbitant amount for the work we were requesting. From our first meeting Jennifer and Owen were welcoming, friendly and highly professional. Owen reviewed the documents, and scheduled a second meeting to review all of his suggested changes. He carefully explained each item and when necessary explained it again. He gave us instructions for follow up and further recommendations. Overall a great experience.
